Pre Purchase Building and Inspection Reports

When purchasing your dream house, it is vital to have a Building Inspection Report to give you peace of mind. We can help identify any problems that exist in and around the property prior to you contracting to purchase. Our reports are conducted by a licensed Building Inspector. (Licence No 15051876)

Thermal Imaging

We use the latest thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to assist with our inspections. Thermal Imaging is widely used in the identification of water & moisture infiltration within a structure. This instrument is generally used in tandem with a moisture meter to verify what the extent of the problem and severity of the water or moisture ingress is.
